HTML Panel Module Documentation

Introduction

Group Package 1 websites contain a mix of default verbiage and imagery, with your group's details. This is managed for you by Scouts Online. There is no ability change the settings.

If you'd like to upgrade to a higher package level, please contact us.

The HTML Panel module encases a text in a coloured panel.

The HTML Panel module is useful to highlight text content. You may add a panel title, set the background colour, add rounded corners and animate of the panel to further draw attention to it.

The content of the panel can be set using the Text/HTML module

Use Cases

The following panels show specific tasks. Click on a panel to see the procedures.

Add Panel to a Page

To edit a module, follow these steps:

Click the settings below the module and override the default settings (see here)
OR add a module to your own pages, using the Page Designer
Add the title of your panel in the Heading field, or leave it blank for no title
Select a Style to set the panels' background colour
Ticking the Rounded Corners field will soften the look of your panel
Set the Animation Fields if you'd like to draw the attention of website visitors to your panel
Click to keep your changes or to abandon your changes

NB. If you make a mistake, you may reverse the change in the Admin/Admin Audit Trail
